These programs are aimed at improving an Airman’s performance on the Air Force Physical Fitness Test as well as optimizing their overall tactical physical readiness. Airmen can choose from one of three following programs:

  • PFA - General Focus: This program is ideal for Airmen who have historically recorded passing scores on their fitness assessment and are looking to maintain year-round readiness. This program features a blend of traditional resistance training with circuit-style aerobic training.

  • PFA - Weight Loss: This program is ideal for Airmen who have struggled with the body composition assessment. This program features circuit-style aerobic training paired with resistance training to support lean muscle mass and body fat reduction.

  • PFA - Aerobic Focus: This program is ideal for Airmen who have struggled with the aerobic component of their fitness assessment. This program features circuit-style aerobic training to optimize cardiovascular efficiency, as well as an emphasis on injury prevention of the knees, hips, and shoulders.

The Air Force is investing in the health and safety of their personnel and we're honored to be involved in that process. With this groundbreaking partnership, Volt will help to advance the quality of physical training for all Airmen and provide access to best-in-class fitness guidance, which is especially critical during this uncertain time.
