NEW Primers and Finishers!

Volt's Primers and Finishers were created to provide our athletes and coaches with more options for workout customization. Today, we are proud to announce that we have expanded this library to include new and revamped Primers and Finishers to help you get the most out of your Volt training!

Starting your workout with a Primer to activate targeted muscle groups, or ending your workout with a Finisher to maximize specific training adaptations, can help you truly take your training to the next level. Now, Volt users have more options than ever before—37, to be exact!

Each Primer and Finisher has a brand-new look and feel, with the same great programming content you’ve come to expect from Volt. Here are some highlights from our new collection.

New Look

Our Primers and Finishers went through a rigorous redesign process, resulting in sleek, easy-to-follow printouts. New photos, less text, and better instructions make these programs easier than ever to implement.

More Options

With this new content, we’ve tripled the resources previously available to our Volt Family. We have increased our Finishers from 8 to 19 different options, and our Primers from 4 to 12. We also expanded our Warm-up section to include 4 options for dynamic warm-ups. With more supplemental add-ons than ever before, you can create a truly customized workout, targeted to produce exactly the results you’re looking for.

"No Equipment Required" Options

Our Dynamic Warm-up and ACL, Squat Mobility, and Rotator Cuff Injury Prevention Primers now have versions that do not require any equipment to be performed. They can be used anywhere, at any time, and are ideal for training large groups of athletes with little or no equipment. We also have several band-only, dumbbell-only, and plate-only options across many programs.

Mobility and Stretching Finishers

Feeling stiff and sore after a workout? Now we have Finishers for that! Choose Upper-Body or Lower-Body Mobility for a targeted foam rolling and stretching session, or Static Stretching for full-body stretching and recovery. Or, pair a Primer with a Mobility or Stretching Finisher for a great active rest workout on your recovery days.

Jump Landing and Neck Strength

Two of our brand-new programs include a Jump Landing Mechanics Primer and Neck Strength Finisher. Jump Landing is designed to prime the ankles, knees, and hips for landing safely, while grooving proper movement patterns to prevent injury from landing with poor form. Neck Strength was created with our collision sport athletes in mind—soccer, football, rugby, etc.—to ensure athletes are protecting their heads and necks through strengthening the surrounding musculature.
