We have major news #VoltFamily…meet Circuit Workouts!

As our lives have changed over the past few months, so have our fitness habits. Our At-Home programs have been so popular with athletes training at home, we added more variety and functionality to make them more effective long-term. With our latest release, you’ll experience a totally new way of training that’s hands-free, audio-guided, and fun.

 

What’s new (and big!)

With this latest update, you’ll see a major upgrade to your at-home training. Inside you’ll find a continuous circuit-based training experience that requires little to no interaction with your phone while you’re in the workout. All you have to do is press start, and Volt will automatically guide you through the rest, letting you know what movement to complete, how long to rest, when to switch sides, and what is coming up next, all with audible guidance.

 

The workout that’s fast, effective, and fun!

Within Circuit Workouts, you’ll find total-body movements with over 1000 different exercises to keep workouts fresh, exciting, and interesting (AKA never boring). The fast-pace will keep you working up a sweat that’ll make you feel great while still building on a plan to drive results. Plus, the programs are total-body workouts that take only 20-30 minutes, so you can fit them into any part of your day.

Built on a foundation of sport science

Volt training plans are created by world-class sport scientists and trainers, and our latest update is no exception. We spent months developing programs that will deliver results safely and effectively. Unlike other workout apps, every Volt workout is designed to prepare you for the next in order to help you achieve your goals fast.

 

A brand new workout summary

The workout summary (also) got an update. You’ll now find a bit more data about your workouts, including movement patterns worked and total workout duration so you have a more full picture when it comes to your training.

How to access circuit workouts:

Circuit workouts are currently available on all of our At-Home programs under our General Fitness offerings. Grab some space, crank up your favorite tunes and get after it!
