Welcome to the Volt Blog!

Welcome to the Volt Blog, where the world of sport performance meets the blogosphere.

To start things off on the right foot, I want to introduce the Volt Blog properly. The Volt Blog is here to provide you with cutting-edge commentary, analysis, tips, and tools from your friends at Volt Athletics and our crew of sensational guest bloggers. When we founded Volt in 2011, we had the goal providing affordable access to elite-level strength and conditioning. The Volt Blog is a key step in the achievement of that purpose and we are thrilled to get it rolling.

So is the Volt Blog for YOU? Well, that all depends. Do you have a vested interest in sport performance? Are you an athlete, coach, strength coach, parent, administrator or fan of athletics? If so, you’ll probably feel right at home. This is not a strength blog, a fitness blog, a bodybuilding blog, or a speed blog. This is a performance blog. Its purpose is to educate and entertain those who live and breathe sport, all through the lens of competition and performance. So bookmark this page, visit frequently, and definitely participate in the discussion.
